Did not look over online application. Told me I did not have the necessary experience for the job and gave no information on time frame of getting a promotion to desired position. Designated an optional position for basic work to build up customer service experience.

Interview was real simple and questions were behavioral. The store manager pretty much did all the talking. The interview took about 30 mins and I was hired on the spot.

After going through all the steps to get a in person interview, no one even knew I was coming in for the interview. Then once tracking down an interviewer, they canceled less than an hour before the scheduled appointment.
