I was brought in for an interview, it only took around 15 minutes and was relatively easy and exactly what you'd expect. They asked about your background and your education and previous work experience, as well as why you wanted to work at Rite Aid and your qualifications.

pretty meh if i say so myself it only took like half an hour so there's that the interveiwer was alright but it could have been better but all around it wasn't a horrbile experiance

They had me come in for an in-person interview. The lady to conducted the interview was kind and professional but at the end she told me I was overqualified. She was kind when she told me but it still didn't feel the greatest. I liked that she was up front with me and didn't leave me waiting to hear back about the position.

Pretty simple, screening call then hiring manager interview. Screening took about 15 minutes and manager one was just verifying qualifications. After that you fill out forms and set up a schedule.
