Reached out through email after applying on website. It was a straightforward interview process, involving an initial phone screening call with two people, then a written take-home exam that took 2 hours.

Interview went well, and they said they would get back to me in a few days. A few days turned into a few weeks, and then a month. After repeated follow ups they just kept pushing back the date for a response. Disappointing hiring process all around.
