HR email followed by technical phone interview with developers. The actual interview itself wasn’t too bad. However, one interviewer was late and after the interview, the HR informed me I would hear back early next week. However, it has been weeks and HR never followed up. Sad

Phone screening with internal recruiter. Then face to face interview with technical director. This interview was more focused on knowing about real experience than finding "gotcha"s. Very easy going process.
