Got a recruiter call for TPM position. The interview went through basic tell me about yourself questions. The recruiter explained the next steps and told me will get back in 1-2 days. Later that evening I get an automated rejection email. I emailed the recruiter to ask for an explanation and ask if there are any future opportunities, but there was no response. Respectfully explaining rejections will motivate candidates to re-apply versus not even acknowledging the email—a waste of time for an upcoming company.
