IT was tedious interview process. After couple of round of 1:1 interview, I completed a take home assignment. But recruiter ghosted me post submitting the assignment and received automated email of my rejection. After investing more than a week in a company, it is a bare minimum expectation to receive an explanation of rejection.

Poorly managed. Was hit by a recruiter, quick 1:1 call then 2 days after was asked to meet with the VP (the HM at the time) for 30 min. In the interview, it was clear that theyre looking for someone who does much more than the typical PMM role, and are looking for GM type of experience (the job title was also referred to as "GTM strategist"). Got asked to submit a take home assignment. Sent it in a couple of days. Never heard from them again
