Lengthy process, though normal amount of steps which included recruiter phone screen, hiring manager interview, panel of 3 team members, plus final round meeting w/ head of department. In total this took place over the course of 2+ months

Entretien
Hiring manager contacted me on LinkedIn, then had a recruiter reach out. The main agenda item of the recruiter call seemed to be to make sure that I knew that they expect people to join the team one level lower than their current title \ comp \ etc. After that I had a video call with the hiring manager, which felt fairly standard. After that I was ghosted, with no response to my attempts to follow up from the recruiter or HM. A month or so later I got a form rejection email. I get that ghosting happens, but come on, if you reach out to me to start the conversation you can at least reply when I email you.
