This process was very strange. I went through 5 rounds of interviews, meeting with the entire team (very small, but still) and they ghosted me after the final round. The questions were standard, but it felt like they were prodding for information to better build their system with no intent of actually hiring the candidate. If you want information, you have to pay your candidates.
