J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez RippleMatch en févr. 2020
Entretien
Relatively easy process. After contacting me on LinkedIn, we set up a Google Hangouts interview. During the interview, they told me what RippleMatch was and the goal of the Leadership Development Program. They then asked me what organizations I was a part of on campus. I ended up declining the offer because the program did not really relate to my current field, but was a great opportunity nonetheless.

Entretien
The interview for this internship was extremely easy and direct. Some behavioral questions, as well as some more logistical questions (i.e., availability to start, college grade, etc). Overall, it seemed like they just needed people for this role and were happy to give the position just for meeting the minimum qualifications. This was in 2022, so things could be different now.

Question 1
What is your current college grade (i.e., Junior, Senior, etc)?
Was pretty simple. Basic behavioral questions. It was just one interview and you pretty much knew if you got the position or not at the end of the interview. This program is only meant for college students.
