A recruiter reached out, and then scheduled a technical interview. Following the technical interview was a deep dive with an engineering manager. The process was smooth, and everyone was friendly. The only part I was put off by was that after rejecting you, Ripple sends you a survey to rate their interview process... but also refused to elaborate more on why I was rejected. Seems a bit disingenuous, but besides that the process was smooth.
