I was on a 1v1 interview with one of their game designer, he asked me questions about valorant character design and I answered his questions. It was about 30 minutes long

HR screen, design interview with a team member, second design interview with a different team member, interview with one of the two design department heads, then an interview with the other department head. Whole process took a few weeks, I was given an offer, but the offer was rescinded when I negotiated compensation.

First, I had a phone call with a recruiter to discuss general questions about the role and experiences. Then, after a week, had a technical interview with an employee. It was roughly an hour of how I would implement new design features to an existing ip.
