Entretien
It consisted of two interviews: one with a hiring manager and one with an individual who had held the position previously. The hiring manager is very knowledgeable about the company, production, and the games. The other individual I interviewed with had previously worked in recruiting and then moved into production when a role opened up, so they were not as knowledegable nor had the rapport that the hiring manager did.

All of the interview questions consist of the STAR method (i.e. tell me about a time when, describe strengths and weaknesses, etc.) The issue I had is that someone who would be your co-worker gets to weigh in on the decision rather than the hiring manager making the determination themselves. As prior reviews have stated, it gives an odd impression about how they are making judgments and becomes extremely subjective.

Entretien
Super informative and friendly interview process. Everyone I talked to was willing to answer their questions and seemed very genuine. Seems like a good place to work at and the interview process really sells you on the company. Was asked very critical questions so it is very best to prepare. Interviews are now remote based.

The interview was pretty straightforward. There was two people interviewing me, but the second person was pretty much quiet the whole time. The interviewer read off a question sheet basically just star method questions and about past experience. Overall, it was a pretty chill interview and she asked if I had any questions at the end.

Entretien
The first interview was a basic discussion of my professional background, the general duties of the role, and a self-review of my professional abilities. The second round interview will be more craft-focused and likely will consist of open-ended questions regarding hypothetical situations and how I would respond to them.
