You start with a fairly in-depth interview with a team member that covers both your experience and some extremely thoughtful questions about how you work, where you're weak, when you've had to challenge those above you, etc.

Process took about 4 weeks. Phone call for screening followed by a video chat interview with dept lead and in person interview. At first the phone interview went well and moved onto the video chat. Recruiter emailed over pointers of what the next interview would be about - soft skills questions. Once the video interview began, dept lead asked about other things not relating to the job description. Threw me off but held on. Somehow got an in person interview. Did not get the role, but dept lead was not asking in-depth questions about my experience. Seems like they had someone already selected for the role but continued with the process for policy purposes.
