Incredibly long, with many stages drawn out over months. It is pretty tough, but having seen it from the other side now, it is justified. The different stages test different parts - fit, values, and hard skills that are relevant to the role. In total, I had 10 or 11 interviews before I got the offer.

Interview was fun as we talked about games and did not get too technical. Had some behavioral questions that were pretty standard but interviewer did not seem satisfied with my responses

Started off with a screening call that covered many of the topics that have also been vetted, many rounds of interviews, if you get out you might get a debriefing call. Was fun!

First stage is psychometric testing then a physical interview with a panel of 6 people asking you questions and showing some photos. You have to respond to both oral and questions on the board
