Applied online, about a month later, in January was invited to schedule an interview. The interview had to be within the next two days, so you don't have much time to prep. I thought, based on past Glassdoor reviews, that this would be pure behavioral; it was not. It felt more like a consulting interview, with case questions designed to test thinking. The interviewer was really nice, but I felt underprepared and wasn't in the right mindset. I'd recommend making sure you practice a few simple case or data analysis questions beforehand
