It was a long affair. 7 different interviews over the phone. First was with the hiring manage in Singapore followed by several interviews with the US and Taiwan offices. Many questions centered around my past experiences and what I could bring to the team. Many of those I spoke to had no experience with Copywriting and I had to explain the many different facets of the role to them.
