J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez RingCentral en mai 2019

The amount of interviews I had to go through for this place was unreasonable. It might have been fine if the interviewers were prepared. But every single person fumbled for questions and then would ask things like, "who else did you meet with?" "What did they ask?" "What did you say?" At that point, if you're all going to ask that, let's just get on a group call so that we're not repeating each other. The process to interview was so inefficient and a complete time waster, I can only imagine how the company functions daily. Unnecessary meeting after unnecessary meeting to report on the exact ting I just shared with twelve other people, in twelve separate meetings. Additionally, the arrogance of some of the interviewers. What a power trip some of these people were on. Really? You work at RingCentral. Get a reality check and calm down. The pay was 40K increase from my current salary. But after they suggested another round of interviews, I asked them to withdraw my candidacy. Not worth the money. Sounds like a toxic, and frustratingly inefficient work environment.

Question 1
I haven't had a chance to look at your resume. So tell me about yourself. Who else did you interview with? What did they ask? Oh okay. Hmm. What did you say?

It was an easy process. I had a call with a recruiter, the hiring manager, and then a panel, where I was asked to present a gtm strategy. I was told there would be 2 people on the panel. When it came time for the panel there were 6 people on it. It was fine though. I presented and they asked questions throughout. All normal.
I just never received any follow up from the recruiter afterwards. I reached out and they said they would contact me soon. It's been a month and I haven't heard back.....

Question 1
I was given a document with questions they wanted to see in presentation format. I presented for an hour with questions throughout the 60 minutes.
Interview itself with the hiring manager wasn’t so bad, tho not great. The real issue was the Recruiter: after a week of not hearing anything, I emailed to see if there was an update. First I was told that I would not be moving forward. Fine with me. But then I was told that there was another position and further was asked to interview with a panel of people- several VPs and Directors. I was even given their names!!! After inquiring further into this mess of an interview process, I was told that I actually wasn’t going to be considered after all.
This is my second bad recruitment experience with the company. A few months ago I applied to a role and a recruiter then asked my availability to interview. I responded but didn’t hear anything else again. The recruiter just kept me hanging despite my numerous follo

Recruiter begins slamming with rather carelessly put-together video interviews with very little information or preparation. Video interviews set up rather quickly, but the communication process with the recruiter is messy and half-baked. 3 weeks after last interview, the first communication I get has subject line about NDA, but message body implies (does not state) that I have advanced to next round. Feels extremely dishonest -- If they took me seriously as a candidate their next contact with me would be richer, and I don't think I did make it to the next round (they just wanted the NDA after the fact). If I'm mistaken, MAN their recruiter is lazy and dumb.
