The recruiter is very unprofessional and the company is not respectful to the interviewee. First of all, the recruiter didn't show up on time for the first phone interview. Instead, she sent me an email to postpone the interview to one hour later. Then, after speaking with her for about 15mins on the phone, she scheduled the next video interview with the Hiring manager for me for next week. However, a couple of hours before the video interview, she again sent me an email notifying me the role is filled so the interview is canceled. I have interviewed with more than 15 companies and this is the first time my interview got canceled in such an unprofessional way. Totally waste of my time in preparing for the interviews. I will never consider applying to this company again.
