Internal recruiter was disorganized. Was contacted regarding one position and unknown to me application was changed to another position. Invited and encouraged to attend a new hire networking event even though I was already deselected from process. Was advised deselection was an error, but never contacted again.

Company is doing well and thought to ask sales manager, what keeps him up at night? What can be done better to maximize business or prepare for future headwinds? Asked this in light of research on company potentially seeing future challenges and territory having shown employee satisfaction with management in recent history.
Tried having a discussion on Quarterly earnings call and how some of the items discussed would directly impact the market segment this sales manager's team was targeting, as well as potentially impacting commissions structure

My resume was submitted by a Director at RingCentral. I had all the required skills for the job, yet I never received an email or phone call for an interview. Recruiters seem lazy.

Nothing. They couldn't even be bothered to write an email.
Good interview process. Completed 3 stages. Position was ultimately pushed to another quarter. They were respectful of my time and communicated quickly. I do hope to explore future opportunities with them at a later date.
Lots of back and forth with corporate recruiter and multiple interviews back to back with sales leadership and team. The longest interview process I have ever experienced. The process was grueling.
