I was asked to come in for an onsite interview to at first meet with 3 people, but really ended up being 5. It went from a 2 hour window to 3 hours. I found that they have no respect for your time. They kept me waiting in a tiny conference room for 30 mins. The people that interviewed me were for the most part nice. After the interview, I was asked for my references. They contacted my references that same day. I was asked come in a day later to meet with someone else and I asked if we could shift the time by 10-15 mins, they ended up ghosting me. The following week, I don't hear from them. I figured that they probably went with another candidate, I sent the recruiter an email thanking them for the interview. I get a reply back saying that they went with another candidate. There is more that I can say but I wont...my overall experience with them was unsettling and I think in the long run I'd rather not work for a company that plays games with potential candidates. Good luck to them.

Unorganized, interviewers were mostly new at conducting interviews and mostly chit chatted about the industry and perks of the company. Also was asked generic questions about my own likes/dislikes rather than info about the position or past roles.
