From the initial phone call, the recruiter asked inappropriate questions. I decided to still go to the in-person interview and again was asked inappropriate questions relating to ethnicity and personal information. The interviewer told me he would set me up with the Dep Head for a video call but I was ghosted instead. They are very unprofessional, especially for a recruiting company.
