It was a standard interview process. They were very friendly and asked details about my patient knowledge of eldercare, especially dementia. We talked about leading trainers in the field and I was surprised that even the president of the company was trained. It gave me comfort they were also invested in their own education and hoped they were also invested in employee education.

They explained it might be in a set house or that it could be multiple. Starting out it was more of filling in until they found permanent location then I had different clients on different days throughout the week.
