1st: Talk on the phone for 20 minutes with the recruiter. This will help them get you the face to face interview.
2nd: Come in an meet with the Sales Manager.
3rd: Come back in and meet with the VP or Director of Sales.
Optional: Go on a 2 hour ride along with a rep to see the day to day of this role.

Invited for initial in-person interview after submitting CV and Cover letter, for them to basically tell me in person that from my CV they didn't think I had enough experience. Timewasters.

Question 1
Questions were not clear, but basically was asked if I know the Scottish Market. I proceeded to explain that I had a few scottish clients in my previous sales role, but they didn't really give me an opportunity to speak. Their Head of Sales for UK and Head of Sales for Scotland don't understand the 80/20 rule and just like the sound of their own voice.
Very smooth. 2 rounds of interviews. One was a phone interview. After the phone interview, you the manager. The manager asked basic questions around your experience. Additionally, he'll walk you through what typical day looks like.
