I applied online and spoke with someone with about two days, she set up an interview in person with a manager in town. I met with him the next day, and he introduced me to my potential manager, and then I had my interview. He was very laid back, and didn't ask too many questions.

Received an email to schedule a Phone interview... Asked me about myself and why i would fit the role. Then I got an email from the manager to do in person interview.

I was a temp for hire. No interview was given since my productivity and my attendance was good. But I have to write 30 words on here or I can’t review the job I’m apply for currently. This is beyond ridiculous.
