Was contacted and scheduled a phone interview promptly. Interview went very well, but no call back. After waiting for almost 2 weeks, I called everyday for one week and even texted with, "I'm in a meeting" as the only response. Finally, got a callback where he said, "So you already know that you didn't get the job." I did not know this because they never set me anything or responded to my phone calls. This is very unprofessional behavior and a very bad indicator for the quality of personnel that work for this company.
