Senior Recruiter set up interview and then Hiring Manager was a no-show for interview and I wasn't notified prior to my arrival even though I had traveled over 500 miles. Ricoh rescheduled for the next week, saying in writing I would be reimbursed for both trips. Ricoh did not reimburse me for any of my travel expenses, even after several additional requests for payment and Ricoh promised to reimburse me. Do not interview with Ricoh unless you get expenses paid upfront!

Phone screening with Human Resources checking background information and fit for position. Next there was an in person interview with several managers. Finally there was a discussion with the hiring manager.
