J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ricoh (Fort Wayne, IN) en janv. 2008
Entretien
I met the Director of Sales and the local Sales Manager at a career fair. After chatting for a few minutes, I scheduled an interview for the following day with the Director of Sales. That interview went well, and I was then scheduled to meet with the Sales Manager. I interviewed with the Sales Manager within 2 weeks and was then scheduled for a ride along with a sales rep. I completed the ride along within a week and was then scheduled to meet with the Sales Manager again. I completed the final interview with the Sales Manager, which included a Value Proposition presentation. I was offered the position within a week and accepted.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
N/A - this was my first professional position. I was an undergrad when I interviewed. The Sales Manager asked me questions like - tell me about a time when . . . . - and I used my internship experience to answer.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ricoh (Glasgow, Écosse)
Entretien
Invited for initial in-person interview after submitting CV and Cover letter, for them to basically tell me in person that from my CV they didn't think I had enough experience. Timewasters.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
Questions were not clear, but basically was asked if I know the Scottish Market. I proceeded to explain that I had a few scottish clients in my previous sales role, but they didn't really give me an opportunity to speak. Their Head of Sales for UK and Head of Sales for Scotland don't understand the 80/20 rule and just like the sound of their own voice.
Very smooth. 2 rounds of interviews. One was a phone interview. After the phone interview, you the manager. The manager asked basic questions around your experience. Additionally, he'll walk you through what typical day looks like.
