Basically talk to prof. Mentioned my previous experience, research interest, and courses I have taken. I read the prof's papers, though din't understand most of them. But this familiarity is definately helpful during the interview. It was a quite smooth talk and there aren't lot of unexpected questions.

Just some basic CS questions and my work availability
Applied during school year. Talked with professor and PhD student about my goals. Answers questions regarding prior research experience. The interview was conversational and friendly. The interview process occurred quickly and I heard back for the position soon afterwards.

Self introduction first, and then describe research experience and answer questions . It was only a ten minutes interview, so very short and straight forward. You should also expect to have a opportunity to ask their questions.
