I went to a staffing firm and they recommended the job for me. I got an interview quickly, and beat out 3 others... but then they wanted to bring in more people to review against me. This delayed the process and seemed a little unfair, but ultimately I still was offered the job. Be sure to know what you're passionate about and be able to explain it.
