Interview process is flawed. I had a telephonic interview and never got a call on specified time, it was always late. Firstly, I got a call to schedule the interview, which got scheduled after a week or so and it was delayed by 30mins. I got the telephonic call, I answered it and the interview went on for around 45 minutes. He told me we would be having the next round of interview which was on time and it was a technical round and lasted for 10-15 minutes. I am told that due to some issues we'll have the call again after couple of days and the time was scheduled. But before the next round of interview I got an offer for selection from them saying that they are satisfied and don't want to conduct any more interview.
