once you apply, you get a link to complete an online test which took almost 3+ hours to complete. Then they call you for recruiter interview and need to take the same test again but just for 1hr. Almost same questions, just the numbers are different.

First there was a interview with HR about basic background: past jobs, why you chose your major, clubs/extracirriculars, strengths & weaknesses. Then a interview with the manager who asked technical questions (arrays, BST, stack, queue). Then a final in-person interview about 2 hours where current software devlopers asked about your projects and then other reated technical questions with some behaivoral.

Very smooth process, applied online through their website with a wonderlic examination, received an email for HR interview, futher online personality questions and an in person interview. HR interview was very pleasant

I took the online personality/aptitude test and received an invitation to a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and explained the next steps to me, telling me that the next step was for the director to review me. Later, I received an email telling me I was not chosen to continue in the process.
