I took an online personality test and filled out an online application before I came in for the interview. I then took a battery reasoning and math tests. After completing the tests, I had a brief 25 minute interview with a human resources specialist. Since my interview was on a Friday, there was a 3-5 day wait to hear if I was selected to continue with the hiring process.
