I started off by getting an e-mail from a recruiter; I e-mailed her back, and received a phone call from her the next day. She asked some brief questions, and then scheduled a time for me to come in. I went on-site to take several tests, and then had a one-on-one interview with the manager from the hardware department. I received an e-mail the next day to take a drug test, and a few days later, I received a phone call with an offer.
