Interviewed in person recently for a marketing role. The interview process was very hurried and the interviewer focused on things not overly relevant to the role. Once I met with the interviewer's boss, it was evident, that this is not a friendly work environment. The VP focused soley on why I left previous jobs vs my skills and background, which were a perfect fit for the role. They had no hospitality whatsoever and then took 3 weeks to let me know they are hiring another staffing firm to do the search for the "perfect candidate"
