J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rewst en juill. 2025
Entretien
First interview was with an internal recruiter. We had a really nice 30-minute chat about the role, my background, and the company in general. I was moved onto the next round which was meeting with the HM and a team member, had a nice chat with them as well. Had a third interview which was with a couple of team members. Tough questions, but a good discussion overall. "Final" interview was with the Director of Technical Services. He basically asked me all the same questions I had been asked in previous rounds. I was told I'd know next steps by the end of the week.
Overall, I got really positive vibes and verbal encouragement throughout all of the interviews, so I truly anticipated further discussion about an offer.
After the final interview, more than a week went by with no word, so I followed up with the HR person I had been in contact with the entire time. She responded with a super generic canned message about "we're moving forward with other candidates" yada yada.
Overall, I got the impression that something changed on their side in regard to the role. If that were the case, I wish they would have told me that rather than send a generic "thanks but no thanks" email after all of the time put into four separate interviews. I think that was the most disappointing part of the experience.
