I was contacted through LinkedIn about a job opening. I worked with the Talent Specialist to set up a time to chat. We spoke about the job and basically did a phone screen. The screening went well.
The Talent Specialist was supposed to send me an email with the job description and links to more information about Rewards Network. I had to follow up to get it a couple days later. I arranged for another phone screening where I was able to ask questions about the company. It felt like a really great conversation. The Talent Specialist asked about finding time to go through an in-person interview. I provided my schedule. After not getting a response, I followed up 4 days later with more times an availability. I followed up again a week later after not hearing a response. The Talent Specialist replied back that they had been sick and that they were catching up on some work and they would keep me updated. I never heard back and at that point, I was tired of initiating the follow-up and I didn't have a good feeling about the company.
