Very smooth, all virtual, first round with HR, then with Senior business manager, questions not trying to catch you out. Enjoyed talking to both of them. Good experience all round.

The recruiter was rushing on the interview and had zero interest into understanding person's real experience and background. He just read a script from the paper and that's all. At the beginning he said that interview will be 15 mins, but at the letter they stated that it should be longer - 20 minutes. The recruiter was also late. Another disappointing thing - is that this is fully remote work. So at the interview you felt like no one is interested in understanding what experience you had, you just have to check a list and that's it.
