This was my third time interacting with Revolut, and honestly, every single experience has been disappointing.
In this latest process, I went through six interviews over a week. I adjusted to their schedule, moved quickly when they asked, and even rolled with the punches when they switched the role I was being considered for halfway through. I received positive feedback throughout, so getting a generic rejection email at the end with no explanation was honestly shocking.
After investing that much time and energy, the least I expected was a real conversation or some feedback. Instead, it felt like they were just checking boxes and moving on. The whole process came across as chaotic and transactional, with little regard for candidate experience.
Advice to candidates:
Ask upfront how many rounds there are and if the role is defined. Be protective of your time and don’t read too much into their enthusiasm.

Fue un buen proceso muy claro donde el equipo de reclutamiento hizo acompañamiento constante durante cada etapa, sin embargo en un momento solo recibí un correo automático que informaba que no continuaba, me hubiera gustado recibir feedback más específico.
