3 stages:
Introduction/ Logistical Fit- this was just regarding being introduced to the interview process, preparing for the first and second interview, testing if there was a time fit.
Skills Interview - talked more about experiences that fit with the role.
Personal Fit - talked to the manager id be working with- very casual instead of structured questions.

Entretien
First stage: A screening call with HR (20-minute call via Google Meet).
Second stage: A live coding interview with an engineer, which was quite confusing. The materials provided for the interview were not relevant. During the interview, I was asked to implement a service and write tests for it. I asked whether I should start by writing the tests but received no response. In the feedback, they said I should have written the tests when prompted.

Entretien
I was sent an aptitude test and an office personality test. The first consisted of abstract questions (puzzles, patterns, proportions, etc...), while the latter provided a few office scenarios and asked how I'd act in the different situations.
