Unnecessarily long process. Spent almost 5 hours interviewing. Received a complete low ball offer which is something Revolut does so I would strongly reconsider interviewing here unless you are out of work.

I interviewed with Revolut for a senior-level position and had an unacceptable experience.
About five minutes into the interview, the interviewer abruptly left the call without explanation. I stayed on the call for another 30 minutes, but no one returned and no communication was sent during or after the scheduled time.
For a senior role, this level of disorganization and lack of basic professional courtesy is concerning. Candidates invest time and preparation, and at minimum deserve clear communication and accountability.
