J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Revolut (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2024
Entretien
Screening call with Hr with some unexpected technical questions she probably knew nothing about. Reads from the script and it’s like a rapid fire.
Live coding session where I was give a 3 simple tasks, was asked to write tests.
Followed by a rejection email despite of completing all tasks, explaining complexity. The interviewer looked disinterested, was probably doing something else during interview. Such a waste of time to be honest.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Revolut en sept. 2025
Entretien
After first stage of interview I decided I don't want to go with the process (writing this before I got any feedback from the interviewer). It was a 30 minutes call with their recruiter who was 2 minutes late. I was bombarded with a series of questions about my career where I was not allowed to complete two entire sentences, and I was asked about things that are clearly visible in my CV. To my surprise, although interviewer was not a technical person, they asked couple of technical questions which I answered without hesitations, but clearly they were expecting single-word answers and did not understand the subject of the matter.

Question 1
What transaction isolation level you would use for online payment processing.
They take the LoadBalancer exercise. Look for it, it's in the Internet.
I didn't want to move on with the interview process because I noticed a HUGE toxicity in their team.
The recruiter was following a script and she was EXTREMELY rude.
The 1st live coding interview was peace of cake because they take the LoadBalancer exercise which is in the Internet (look for it). I didn't want to move on because the engineer was VERY mean during the interview.
Check other reviews. This company is VERY toxic. Also they are in a bubble when it comes to Technology... Java in 2024? LOL
