First round with HR (that happened 3 months after sending my application), 2nd round with the hiring manager (within 2 weeks), and a job offer a few days after that. They give only two days to sign or reject the offer.

Question 1
Questions were nothing surprising, but they forget to inform you of their non-compete clause. You see that clause only after you have informed your previous employer that you quit, after the outside company does all the detailed screening and calls your former employer's to confirm that you are telling the truth about your employment history.

Entretien
It was the first Interview. Very short, only 10 minutes. They asked me to introduce myself and explained the next steps of the process. I had the opportunity to ask questions, but they couldn't answer any questions related to the position.
Colloquio veloce e con feedback quasi immediati ma ancora ingigantiscono la posizione per poi rivelare effettivamente il ruolo soltanto al colloquio tecnico. Per il resto molto semplice, non sono state fatte dpmande davvero tecniche come ci si aspetterebbe dall'annuncio
