Keine deutliche Vorstellung für den Job. Der Interviewer hat überhaupt keine Idee für was für Expertise sie brauchen und der war nicht in der Lagen, eine Gegenfrage zu beantworten. Kein Respekt für die Interviewte. Sie möchten nur schnell aus dem Meeting gehen.

Vorherige Erfahrungen und irgendwelche Projekte die mit ''Growth' zu tun
Few steps, 2 calls with hr, one call with the hiring manager call, and one call with tech team. One of the steps was an assignment. The process took around 3 weeks. I had time to prepare, and hr was quite helpful.

Directo y algo desafiante. Distintas fases con distintos perfiles del departamento y caso práctico para aplicar conocimientos. El proceso fue ágil y el tiempo de espera entre fase y fase fue corto.
