Totally waste of time, you will do homework and never get any feedback!
After initial call and quick technical background check I received homework to be done. It was not easy task and I spend about 15h to write it and make sure it is a good quality. In my current company I am reviewing homework from candidates, so I thing I have a good understanding how to make it in a proper way. Two days after submitting it I received templated message about not proceeding further with my application. I replied I asked for any feedback but was ignored.

Some Intro call,
Then some homework: implement a cloud-hosted application with few business requirements.
Then a few rounds of interview calls with different people.
They were looking for someone more experienced with Linux VM administration than DevOps.

Whats the difference between sharding and partitioning in mysql?
Simple recruiter call with some technical questions. Next round was a take home test - design and implement a simple api and deploy to the cloud. Spent the guts of 15 hours implementing a solution and Revolut didn't even show the courtesy to reply with a no. Absolute disgrace, definitely dodged a bullet.

After short screening questions they gave me a homework. It took me about 2 days to finish it together with documentation. After submitting it I never had a contact from Revolut again, no feedback, absolutely nothing. I asked for a feedback but I was ignored.
