The company has to much interview/tests phases.
1st round with HR, to validate the profile, then 2nd phase of tests in a specific platform. Then, if you pass you move to a 3rd fase for more tests with another HR and finally a last round of tests with the manager.

The 1st round with the HR is regular, nothing outside the box.
Me contactaron e hicimos una reunión vía Zoom. La entrevista se desarrolló en inglés (bastante fácil de seguir, no requiere de tener un nivel super avanzado). La entrevista es bastante estándard, combinando preguntas clásicas con dinamismo.

Entretien
Interview took two hours, very basic questions, but with awful interviewers. Having the feeling that you nail an interview like this, having years of experience, they will decline for some reason, and give you a stupid feedback which has no logic. Stupid questions, easy questions, straight face interviwers with no logic probably. No wonder their app was hacked.
Won't interview at this waste of time company again.
