The interview process was broken.
The recruiter reached out for a strategy role and pushed me into operations interview without telling. Did not even ask for my CV.
The interviewer came 10 minutes late and straight away threw a problem statement . It felt after one point of time that he lost the track of the follow up questions or would negate them without any rationale(which were crucial when it comes to P&L), interviewer started throwing out random assumptions in between the interview and and started emphasizing on a different problem than initially asked.
Felt like a marketing interview instead of operations.
R1 - HR screening round
Questions were centered around my work experience - in chronological order from my graduation. I was asked to explain my role & impact in detail.

Entretien
It is very straightforward, asking about a difficult experience you have had previously and how you handled it, and they ask about career expectations, so how you would want to work in the future and where. It is not a very long interview compared, 20 minutes.

I was contacted through LikedIn to participate in an interview process.
After a couple of messages, I was invited to an interview and also was automatically sent an invitation to do an "SHL Assessment". I did not pass the assessment and the interview was cancelled, no feedback or any other information was given.
