      Entretien

Typical process as mentioned in other post. After CV screening, I had a HR call for 30 minutes which covered general role description, my background, salary expectation etc. It was a pretty informal and interactive conversation. After the call I was sent a home task with a deadline within 7 days. I did not start straight away as I had some work to finish. That said still completed the home task within 2 days. In my opinion, this home task was really to test whether your thinking process and the approach fits them. After I submitted the home task I received an email from HR next day saying I've passed and was invited to a first interview with head of the team. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and was a traditional style interview covering my past experience, and some other standard questions. My second interview was with a (senior) member in the team. It was a more technical style of interview which tested my knowledge in multiple areas in finance & modelling (as being a part of a fast-growing company the responsibilities keep changing, they expect you to know a bit of everything in the general field). I thoroughly enjoyed this interview and found our conversation very interactive and interesting, even for the technical parts. After that I was invited to the final stage which consisted of two interviews back to back with two members from founder's association. Again these were relatively typical interview styes which tested my problem-solving skills and generally my core values & principles at work. The interviewed happened on Friday and I got the offer on Monday morning. Overall my experience had been really positive. The recruitment team was very efficient in organising interviews and were very responsive with update & feedback. This is probably the best interview process I had gone through in my career.
