The interview process was fine until the second stage. I had an interview with the Founder Associate and Product owner who came across as rude and disrespectful. First of all, I understand that interviews are set to test your problem solving skills, how you would react in unexpected situations but this experience was really unpleasent. The interviewer wouldn't let me speak and finish my response. He corrected me by saying I should talk about the different features of the product and I was going to but he decided to interrupt. When I asked him questions about his career and Reolut he wouldn't give me a sufficient answer and would rather say I don't know. Very unprofessional. After this stage, the fact that I may have to work with someone like that made me not want to move forward with this application. Therefore, when I received an email that I would not be moving forward, I was very much glad because this single individual changed the perception I had of the company. I believe that employees are a reflection of the company's morals and priorities, and after speaking with this particular individual I perceived that this company wouldn't treat their employees as a human but rather as a number that helps them grow.
