Reading reviews, Revolut prides itself on it's 'A Team Players' and this shows throughout the interview process.
I applied through the company site, and was sent a HackerRank test to complete almost immediately. The test was very interesting- a mix of customer based question, multiple choice statistics, and longer answer scenarios to complete.
After this, I was scheduled for an interview with a member of their Special Projects Talent Acquisition team. The interview was reasonably normal, and involved answering normal style 'why Revolut' questions and the recruiter explaining the role. Overall- a positive experience. The recruiter was also very open to me asking questions about the company culture, and seemed to put the negative reviews down to 'the Silicon Valley types that expect a 5 point job spec and to always stick inside that' .
Following this, I was sent a take home task to complete for which you're allotted 7 days. It's suggested this will take a minimum of 5 hours- but despite being reasonably proficient in Python I spent much longer than this (partly because the task was incredibly interesting from a research point of view). It consists of analysis of over 176,000 lines of data to spot problems and prepare a presentation on this, and a further SQL task.
Despite the time I sunk in to the task, I was unfortunately unable to progress to the next stage (there would have been three further) as it was determined that my analysis was too high level- which was incredibly disappointing to hear that I had missed something as someone from a data analysis background. It's most frustrating though because I know that I could do better but they have not progressed my application further- but I did find numerous indications online a number of candidates pay to outsource the task to professionals which makes the whole system feel unfair.
Ultimately, it seems it's possible rather than ending up with Class 'A Players' they're ending up with Class A Cheaters!

very basic interview, the interviewer wasn't in the same country, so she didn't have enough knowledge about the regulatory process. Questions were very basic and interview was short and friendly.

The entire interview process took 8 weeks starting from when my application was sent. The process begins with a short online test, then a half hour call with the recruiter, and then a call with a senior ops manager for a problem-solving case study interview.
After this last interview, I did not receive any feedback or reason as to why I failed, but I suspect this is because my answers did not match with whatever list of answers the interviewer was allowed to accept.
Overall, it was a decent interview process although I found the interviewers hard to connect with.

Standard HR screening call, followed by ‘problem solving’ interview.
Problem solving interview was fairly pitched, tasked with improving CSAT score of a fictional airport.
Interview was conducted at 1900 with interview in same time zone. This made me recall other reviews highlighting poor work life balance.
Interviewer could not have looked less interested in my responses. It was conducted virtually and he was gazing around the room wherever he was - embarrassingly rude and infuriating. When I called him out on this, he brushed it off and tried to move on.
Glad I didn’t get an offer if that’s how hiring managers treat candidates.
