We have been going through some internal restructuring of the recruitment process, which has led to some confusion and inconsistency with the experience in the last month. We understand that this is quite inconvenient, and disruptive to candidates, but we are continually iterating and improving our processes to get the best from our candidates and provide them with a seamless, engaging, and enjoyable experience. We are disappointed to learn that this was not the case for you - but we hope that you will give us another chance.
We will provide your feedback about communication, feedback, and scheduling to our recruitment team so that they can double check all their processes and ensure they are running smoothly. We encourage all our recruiters to have strong and consistent communication with our candidates, including providing them with any support or clarification they may need throughout the process. We want all our candidates to feel properly informed at all stages of the process, including understanding what is needed of them at any point.
We also encourage you to complete the interview and candidate surveys that are sent out to all our candidates. The interview surveys are linked to specific interviewers, allowing us to follow up directly with the interviewer and provide them proper support in order to deliver a consistent and excellent interview experience. We appreciate your time in doing these surveys - we read every single response.
